Try accepting responsibility for your role in this due to a total lack of parenting! You are after all an adult that should know better. Did your child pay for the app with your credit card too? How about checking your child's phone? What planet do you live on? Probably one of those "not my kid" oblivious parents. Allowing a 13-year-old to go meet up with people you've never met? Get a clue. I'd rather be the uncool protective mom than an ignorant one. You aren't your child's friend, period.
