The parade this year was horrible!

Court House - The parade this year was horrible! If it wasn't for the scout troops and bikes, the participants would have been emergency vehicles. Annually, at the end of the Memorial Day parade route, the children would be able to get a hot dog and a drink. This year not only were the band and the EMTs the only recipients to receive this, but they were also the only ones permitted inside. You had to beg to go to the restrooms. Did any effort go into planning this?
