Villas - Mowery Ave. in Villas was out of control Memorial Day weekend with cars and motorbikes racing so fast up and down the street. No one obeying the stop signs. And all the time I was out there, there was no traffic enforcement at all. There was even a lawncare company blocking the intersection of Langs and Mowery avenues and nothing was done about it. What has happened when anything goes where we live?
