I disagree with the spouter who says, "Is our society really so

Avalon - I disagree with the spouter who says, "Is our society really so messed up that you can't walk next door, introduce yourself and nicely ask your neighbors to tone it down?" Is he/she serious? So, my neighbors wake me up with their noise at 3 a.m. and I am supposed to get out of bed, get dressed, walk across the street and be nice to them? I don't think so. I will call the police.
