I saw a North Wildwood truck (with dumpster) on the back turn at

Burleigh - I saw a North Wildwood truck (with dumpster) on the back turn at Golf Club Road May 1 and as the truck turned it dropped a bucket from the dumpster that went all over the road, but the driver continued on as if nothing occurred. Besides spilling the load, it looked as if it was difficult to make the turn. Sometime later I observed a Middle Township truck picking up the debris that was spilled on the road. This to me is a careless act on the part of the driver who could have caused injury or maybe something more serve. There needs to be responsibility taken for this neglectful act of driving.
