North Wildwood - Congrats to the owners of the Stardust Motel in Wildwood on their tax court victory over the City of Wildwood. It was a long process for a state judge to overturn their over-assessed property that the city incorrectly valued. This is proof that cities took advantage of the high point revaluations in the 2007-2009 period. Hopefully, the City of Wildwood will not raise property taxes on the back of the middle-class homeowners and finally reduce cost and headcount.
