With the beach season coming along the bay in L.T., why don't we

North Cape May - With the beach season coming along the bay in L.T., why don't we have a donation box put at each intersecting road so that the contributions could off-set the cost to maintain the beach access points, roads and the other associated cost that will be borne by the L.T. taxpayers? This would be a good idea for the dog people who won't have to pay to go to a dog park, and beach goers will not have to pay for beach tags, portable toilets, and no parking cost. Mandatory cost on island communities are free in L.T. Does anybody have some loose change to spare for L.T. taxpayers?
