How is that possible when first it has to be posted so that others can apply for that position? Other employees there longer who have not gotten anything need this increase in salary. Whatever happened to the 2 percent CAP? If the rest of the union body does not ban together your bosses will continue to reward those who are not deserving instead of those who are.
