The traffic light at Crest Haven Road needs some adjusting.

Court House - The traffic light at Crest Haven Road needs some adjusting. Sensors would improve the flow of traffic. I constantly have to wait while cars in three directions are stopped while a trafficless green light is up. Also, why not make a right turn lane in front of the Army base? If one car is going north, it holds up a lot of traffic that needs to turn towards the jail. I don't understand how so much money was spent and these things weren't even considered.
