Why does an urgent care open at 9 a.m.

Cape May County - Why does an urgent care open at 9 a.m. when there are no doctors there? This is the second time I arrived early to be the first person taken and had to sit in the waiting room watching two doctors come strolling in at 9:15. That is total disrespect to the people using the service. I will be using a new facility.
