When is Wildwood going to properly fix Hand Avenue between Park

Wildwood - When is Wildwood going to properly fix Hand Avenue between Park Boulevard and Lake Road? They patched the entrances to Wawa and McDonald's and did a terrible job. The entire street has numerous potholes. The entire street needs to be repaved. You would think that with all the establishments there that the city would be aware of all of the traffic on that section of Hand Avenue.
