Villas - The heroin in Cape May County is ridiculous. People we grew up with are dying every day! My elementary children are finding paraphernalia on the way to their bus stops. Evident to today's youth, literally littering our children's path. Can we work harder on cleaning up our roads and getting some youth-geared businesses down here?
