Court House - Is anyone else having problems with a utility company in South Jersey? They canceled my auto pay for no reason. They then canceled my account and stated cash only. I called customer service, was put on hold for 20 minutes, and then told to try the website in 20 minutes, so it would be unlocked. No luck, so I called again, and asked to speak to a supervisor who never called back. Turns out they wanted a different routing number from my new bank, who took over my old bank, and their old routing numbers worked fine with every other auto pay. Took days to fix. I filed a complaint with the state.
