Wildwood Crest - The trash problem in Wildwood Crest needs to be addressed. People don't use trash cans and put out bags whenever they are down, leaving a big mess. The birds rip open the bags and it goes everywhere. Department of Public Works needs to start giving fines and not warnings. Some weekenders don't seem to care because they just go home.
