Sandman Towers and U.S.

Wildwood - Sandman Towers and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are trying to tell residents they can't smoke in their units, or even on the sidewalk on New Jersey Ave. I guess they are going to use their building snitches to enforce it. I read New Jersey's no smoking law, and from what I read, the sidewalk is public property. I am respectful to non-smokers, but what I do in my unit as long as it isn't illegal, is my business. Guess smokers don't have rights.
