Rio Grande - When my friend's dog died, he got a sympathy card from Middle Twp. Mayor Mike Clark. Now my niece gets a certificate in the mail from the mayor for doing well in school. My niece made the honor roll and was recognized by her school. Does the town really need be to spending the time and money to be Mike Clark's PR firm? Middle has no administrator, great employees are leaving, other employees are suing, the rec. is a mess and there is no sign of the 2017 budget.
