Wildwood Crest - A spouter is correct to point out the declining interest in churches, but not only in our country. We visited Scandinavia and Italy last summer and were shocked at the empty pews on Sunday in those places, except for very old women and very young children. If this goes on, parish churches will continue to combine and eventually close, as is already happening.
