Nepotism, favoritism, bias and the list goes on at the Cape May

Upper Township - Nepotism, favoritism, bias and the list goes on at the Cape May County Sheriff's Department. It's been going on for years. I'm glad to see that it's finally out in the open. What about the mounted horse patrol? Where is this horse stabled? Maybe someone should look into that.
