It is holding up a natural gas line project for no rational reason. The forest's impact is under existing roadways. It doesn't make sense when night time brownouts are the result! Oh yeah, Oyster Creek power plant is closing in two years. Plus all of Cape May County's natural gas source will be on a single, older pipe.
