I was wondering if the Villas Fire Company is in the pool fillin

Villas - I was wondering if the Villas Fire Company is in the pool filling business? On Father's Day, their tanker was on my street twice, filling my neighbor's pool. I was told in the past by fire company personnel that they don't fill pools. I guess some people get preferential treatment.
