I hardly see any summer special cops on the Wildwood boardwalk,

Wildwood Crest - I hardly see any summer special cops on the Wildwood boardwalk, but when I finally do it is usually three to four on one golf cart. Why not take two of those guys and have them walk? Instantly more visible officers! Maybe that will help make the boardwalk more than a nightly juvenile melee.
