North Wildwood - Being new to the neighborhood, I rode down my lovely street and noticed that the junk person openly running their scrapping operation outside their house has taken on a partner a few doors away. Business must be expanding. I am proud these scavengers are helping our legal recycling operation, who we pay, pick up their material, making their jobs easier.
