Villas - I agree, there's no way LTPD should give the school officer a take-home car. Instead, they should pay him overtime to get to the police department early to pick up a car, go to the school in time for the arriving students, complete his daily duties, wait until the completion of the school day and then return the car! The pennies we save in fuel can go towards his daily overtime!
