Villas - I was away during the Jan. 7 "snow storm." I drove back from Salem County, 60 miles north, Route 49, clear as a bell; Route 347/47 clear too. Took the turn onto Bayshore Rd. in Del Haven; slick, not salted at 5 p.m. on Jan. 8. As I continued down Bayshore Rd. into the Villas, it was worse and I drive a truck. Down Wildwood Ave. was slick as can be. My dead end little street was not plowed. Why do I pay taxes?
