Town Bank - I was walking my dog on Shore and Fernwood and noticed that a surveyor placed a red mark almost to the middle of Shore Dr. The surveyor said they were doing a survey, and that was the south corner of the property. How could that be? Does the property lines in that area extend into the street? Is that the reason there is no parking on the east side of Shore Dr., but on Beach Dr. there is parking?
