Will the township fix the sinking street and walkway entrances n

Town Bank - Will the township fix the sinking street and walkway entrances near the beaches in Town Bank before someone gets hurt? I have been told by the Property Owners Assoc. that the township owns the first five feet of beach access. Walkway or not, these areas must be maintained.
