Avalon - The North Carolina bathroom controversy may be a bit overblown by both sides of the issue. Very, very few people are affected by gender dysmorphia. It is a mental illness, not a Constitutional right. There is certainly no need to be cruel or discriminatory to folks with that malady; there is also no reason to disrupt everyday life to accommodate them. Not everyone has a biologically sound view of gender identity, and while it is right to respect their differences there is equally no reason to fear offending them by refusing to call them normal.
