Court House - Why were only some of the wooden utility poles removed after they installed the big metal ones along Avalon and Stone Harbor boulevards? They had said one for one, but in some areas, there are twice as many poles now. It looks like the wooden poles only carry communication wires, but when are they going to remove them? The removal happened within Avalon and Stone Harbor, but not Court House portions of the boulevards. Guess Avalon and Stone Harbor put more pressure on the utilities than Court House. Someone isn't enforcing the agreement.
