Stone Harbor - To a person heading out of Cape May Dec. 2 around 9 p.m., I did not appreciate you running the red light on the GSP heading north. One car had already stopped at the light when you ignored the red light and barreled through the intersection. I was crossing the GSP at that light. If I hadn't caught you out of the corner of my eye you would have plowed into me. Please tell your children, your spouse, yourself and your friends that you can't play with any device, cell phone, texting, changing the radio station or CD when driving. I was visibly upset for two days after this near miss.
