Villas - I recently had a conversation with a co-worker who has a history of drug abuse and selling drugs. This employee is always late or calls out. So I asked him, "if you don't care about this job or not working together as a team, why don't you quit?" His response, "I need a job on the books, but these streets are calling my name. You make more money selling drugs, you just can't get caught. And I'm not afraid to go to jail. I will get bailed out." He is 22. This is the mindset of some of these young adults. Which means at an early age they were conditioned to think this way.
