If the deputy administrator (who already receives $10,000 for filling in for the administrator in their absence) was to be the interim administrator and receive more money for doing the job she gets $10,000 for, who would do her work? Her deputy? Would she also get an increase? Would the clerk put in more hours? Produce more work? Stop handing money to your operatives, Mr. Donohue.
