I don't think Pacific Avenue should be the emergency evacuation

Wildwood Crest - I don't think Pacific Avenue should be the emergency evacuation route for the island. It goes from four lanes down to two lanes between Cresse and Rio Grande avenues. The best emergency evacuation route would be New Jersey Ave. between Rambler Road and Rio Grande Avenue. This remains four lanes the entire distance. So improve Pacific Avenue with medians, bike lanes, whatever it takes to make the island beautiful.
