I mistakenly got my neighbor's mail and I saw a letter from Soci

North Cape May - I mistakenly got my neighbor's mail and I saw a letter from Social Services pertaining to food stamp and housing information. How is that possible? He works for the Wildwood Police Department. Is someone in his house receiving food stamp benefits at the cost of taxpayers? I'm pretty sure they get paid very well and don't need public assistance.
