Rio Grande - Every time I read an article that Dan Lockwood or Tim Donohue posts it's always Michael Clark or Jeff DeVico's fault. I guess all that has gone wrong in the Twp. has happened in the last year. The fact of the matter is, they were in charge for several years. If they thought the key employees (shouldn't all twp. employees be regarded as key employees) were underpaid why didn't they work on bringing all employee salaries up to date? Cost of living didn't just go up.
