Avalon - One important difference between ActBlue and the Koch brothers is that ActBlue is a grass-roots, "pass-through" organization through which 10's of 1000's of citizens contribute money to political candidates. That's the way democracy is supposed to work. We are supposed to have a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, not one of the wealthy, by the wealthy, and for the wealthy. A government in which the "volume" of free speech citizens does not depend on their wealth. Unlike ActBlue, the Kochs attempt to purchase politicians and elections, mostly for their own benefit.
