Cape May - Taxpayers Candidate Night opened everyone's eyes to how incompetent and ill-informed candidate Lear is, regarding the office of Mayor and matters of city government. He did not understand how much progress the city has made in the past 8 years. I actually felt sorry for how poorly prepared he was to answer the questions. He actually had trouble putting words together that were understandable. He even admitted somebody is going to have help him understand city budget and financing. Are we that stupid to consider voting for him?
