Wildwood - They are building a new jail in Cape May County. It is a shame they cannot invest in a drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation center instead. Burlington County runs their own facility. I see no reason why Cape May County cannot do the same, since we have the highest rate of addiction and alcoholism per population in the State of New Jersey.
