Wildwood - I find it funny that the biggest, ugliest and most unsafe building is city hall. Why hasn't anyone shut this building down yet? The building is actually falling down. At the top of the building, you can actually see rebars. If it was any other building, it would have been condemned already. City hall, start following Philadelphia and start repossessing abandoned buildings. This is allowed per Supreme Court.
