North Cape May - I watched a young woman Oct. 13 texting from Bayshore Road all the way to the Parkway. I went into Cape May and she was all over the lane. How do I know this? She came alongside me at every red light still texting! I just pray she doesn't kill someone else! People complain about guns but what about the 3,000-pound car you're driving, which could easily kill a family? I believe there should be a $1,000 fine for the first offense. It's cheaper than a funeral and maybe people will get the point! Stop texting and driving!
