Stone Harbor - Why are the cops not ticketing the people who always talk and text while driving? Wherever you go, about two or three of every 10 drivers are distracted by this. Also, why are the cops not enforcing any speed limits? On the parkway project, for example, the speed limit is 50 and half the drivers go 70 there. Tickets are a great way to make us all safer, and the officers are making money for more law enforcement. Enforce the laws!
