Why do people down here always try and bring you down when there

Villas - Why do people down here always try and bring you down when there is an advancement at a job? They will make up lies and tell stories to pretty much sabotage you from getting a job so either they can get it (when they aren't even qualified for it) or to bump their friend up. They will Facebook stalk you and print things and give them to the HR department. Isn't this a form of harassment? Is this even legal to do? Do you have a right to ask how the information was obtained? You shouldn't have to feel that every time you turn around someone is "kicking your back in."
