Court House - Glad to see the county and Turnpike Authority are paying attention to complaints about the Exit 11 long light. I do question their assessment of 130 seconds, though. The northbound exit light is the longest and in the evening it is longer than 130 seconds if it changes at all. After Crest Haven empties out at rush hour, I rarely see other cars at the lights. I think a traffic study is needed for low-volume times. I don't know why pavement traffic sensors weren't included in the construction. After the evening rush hour, I think you could even get away with changing to a blinking red/yellow light.
