Avalon - Interesting that it seems as though more bike riders are on the sidewalks this year and kids riding without helmets! I have never seen or heard of anyone getting a warning or ticket. It is surprising that it has never been suggested that bikes be banned on Dune Dr., in the business district, during the summer months. So dangerous!
