Stone Harbor - I've been reading comments about a Stone Harbor revaluation. What triggers one? Are we really under assessed? I just tried to refinance and the bank said we were overassessed! Will I have to come back to town in the fall to let someone into our house for inspection? I've been told if I don't let them in they will estimate a high value. Can the revaluation be delayed because it's so late in the year?
