South Dennis - I agree with a frustrated South Dennis spouter that the newly-installed 'ATV Use Prohibited on Public Streets' signs are insufficient to ensure public safety on our streets. DT needs to reinstitute constables on patrol to assist the Woodbine troopers, who are spread out few and far between. These new signs are a recognition by DT officials that we have a dangerous problem with ATVs. They are the first such signs in all of the county. Also, many complaints have been filed with Van Drew over many years. It is time that state law requires a license plate, placard, or decal be affixed to all ATVs.
