Wildwood - My understanding of the constitution is that there is a reason for the balance of powers? Congress enacts law, the executive enforces the laws that are lawful,and the judiciaryinterperts the law to make sure it doesn"t violate the constitution? If this is the fundimental basis of our liberty, why must we spend millions and millions of taxpayers dollars in litigation to determine that executive orders are not LAWS,and have no authority to be enforced.If the people who put this president in power wish to be ruled by a dictatorship, than lets have a national referendum, to say it.
