Wildwood - I figure the business area USPS delivery people must have new limits on walking, their former much heralded tradition. Park their new trucks, deliver mail for perhaps a block, then drive to the next block and continue on with this practice. Start, stop, start, stop, pollute the air, make more noise, etc. Then if the mail actually belongs to where it's delivered, that is miraculous. Besides not wanting to read, they may soon eliminate walking.
