What I was trying to say was this: I’ve found that, on windy days, after the trash and recycling have been collected, *empty* circular cans tend to roll around more (and inevitably get blown away and lost) than *empty* rectangular ones. That's been my experience. … If I were buying trash/recycling cans, I’d go with rectangular ones.
