Does anyone know how we can get a grocery store that sells fresh

Cape May - Does anyone know how we can get a grocery store that sells fresh food in Cape May City/West Cape May? It's a shame we only have one. I think competition will bring down prices, increase quality and have employees helping customers instead of being on their phones. Why do we have to go to Rio Grande to shop?
