Sea Isle City - As we go to Rio Grande to a discount grocery store, Every time we are approached by someone who takes the cart out of your hands and he collects everyone's quarters or someone asks for money. We feel very uncomfortable about this so please Rio Grande P.D. please have someone in the area so we feel safer. Yes we are Seniors.
